Chad Beaver has nearly two decades of experience representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courtrooms across the country.
Chad has tried numerous jury and bench trials in Missouri and Kansas, and consistently focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, employment, business, and consumer litigation. His peers have consistently selected him for inclusion in the "Best of the Bar" editions of the Kansas City Business Journal, and he has been designated a "Superlawyer" in every year since 2011 by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, a publication of Law and Politics Magazine. Only five percent of Missouri and Kansas attorneys are selected each year. In 2007 and 2008, he was designated a "Rising Star" by the same publication.
Chad is a graduate of the IADC Trial Academy held annually at Stanford University--one of the oldest and most well regarded programs for developing trial advocacy skills in the country. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, and he graduated cum laude from DePaul University's College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
He is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and currently serves as a Master for its Inns of Court Program, and on a standing committee for the KCMBA Board of Directors. Chad previously served on the board of the Young Lawyer's Section of the KCMBA.
Chad is licensed to practice before the state courts of Missouri and Kansas as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, and the District of Kansas. Chad has successfully briefed and argued multiple appellate matters, and is a member of the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
